How people get tired of their own work and send it to somewhere cheaper like India to get done. The cartoonist opinion is against outsourcing. The man doing his own reading and telling the little girl she can’t send her homework to be outsourced. Outsourcing is one of the globalization flatteners. He could have shown a person in India doing someone else’s work.
